A stray dog named Nana came to us last year with very serious canine blood parasites. She got blood out from her mussel and mouth for 3 days before someone who had fed her could find a kind donator (Khun Yok) to send her to a vet clinic. After treatment, flea-ridden Nana was still a stray dog because no one would like to adopt her. She has lived on leftovers from food shops and water from sewerage.
Unfortunately, she now gets canine distemper virus (CDV) and acute kidney injury. Khun Nooch simply found out about this after a long-haul more journey more than 1,500 kilometres from Sisaket province to Khon Kaen Hospital in Khon Kaen province. She borrowed money to pay for the journey (lump-sum payment for car rent and down payment for the vet clinic). She still has to find a large amount to pay for the bill because Nana’s conditions are critical.
Would you kindly help Khun Nooch from Ban Bai Boon shelter? Nana is her 98th case, and Khun Nooch has 97 more dogs to take good care of back at her shelter. Your donation can help us going on with our work. Thank you very much.
