The Story

60 months ago

Please help a small rice farmer,who inherited a 2 rai plot of undeveloped land on the edge of a large golf course.

It remained untouched until recently when the golf course owners decided to expand their course. The land was suddenly incorporated into a new much larger course. It has now become an integral part of the new course.

Despite many attempts over many months the owners and developers have failed to cooperate in solving this problem.

A local lawyer tells us it is clearly trespass and is willing to act on her behalf at a reduced fee, to either get the land back or to seek compensation from the golf course owners. Naturally, rhis still costs money, but he assures us that 40,000 baht is sufficient.

Please upport us in raising this money and help at least one small farmer get Justice.
