Chiang Mai Foreign Cemetery - Established 1898
Message from the Chairman
The photos depict the historic Chiang Mai Foreign Cemetery, which has suffered significant damage, including the caretaker's house, following recent flooding. Last week, the Bangkok Community Help Foundation began the initial cleanup, for which we are deeply thankful. However, there is still much work to be done.
We are seeking volunteers to join us this coming Monday October 21 at 9:00 AM. All are welcome, and we are especially in need of volunteers with gardening or landscaping expertise. If you're interested in lending a hand, please let us know. Gloves and garbage bags will be provided.
We also appreciate the Bangkok Community Help Foundation’s assistance with managing donations, ensuring that all funds will go directly toward restoring the cemetery as much paid professional work will be needed
