Hello, my name is Nitayak Sri Thiam Ngern, 47 years old. I have thymus cancer stage 4. I want my symptoms to improve because my treatment for 2 years has not improved. I have had 10 radiation treatments and 5 injections of medicine. The tumor has not shrunk and I cannot have surgery because the doctor said it is dangerous. I am suffering a lot in my life because the tumor is growing bigger every day and is pressing on my lungs and heart. I want to be treated with Oncothermia, which uses heat to break down the tumor, but I have no money. Now I am in trouble. The treatment is getting worse every day. It is tiring to walk. The treatment costs a lot of money. Please help me. I have been sick and have not been able to work for 3 years. I want to live on. Please help me. My father died of cancer last year. Now I have fluid in my pleura and it has spread to my heart. I have no money for treatment. Please help me. I have no relatives and they do not have money to help me. Please have mercy on me. วันนี้จะมาอัพเดทการรักษาฉันได้เตรียมตัวฉีดสีเพื่อฉายแสงวันที่ 17 พฤศจิกายนนี้นะครับ ผมจะได้รับการรักษาด้วยโปรตอนบีมเพื่อรักษามะเร็งต่อมไทมัสระยะสุดท้าย และตอนนี้กำลังรับการฉีดสีเพื่อเข้ารับรังสีรักษา ซึ่งแต่ละครั้งมีค่าใช้จ่ายนะครับ ผมต้องฉายรังสีทั้งหมด 5 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 7,500 บาท รวมเป็นเงิน 35,000 บาท หากท่านใดเห็นข้อความนี้ กรุณาเมตตาและเห็นใจผมด้วย เพราะการช่วยเหลือผม เงินที่ทุกท่านได้รับจากทุกท่านก็ช่วยได้ไม่มากก็น้อย เพื่อให้ผมหายจากอาการป่วยได้อย่างแท้จริง ผมต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากทุกท่านที่ใจดีครับ
