Help Pleng Fight for Her Life About Pleng

Pleng is a 28-year-old Thai-Swedish citizen, a devoted mother of two young children, and the beloved partner of their father. Together, they had just begun building a new life in China.

What Happened

A few months ago, Pleng was denied health insurance due to a pre-existing heart condition. Following a sudden medical emergency that resulted in a brain hemorrhage, she was rushed to a hospital in China. She is currently in a coma in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), fighting for her life.

Medical Situation

Her medical and emergency hospital expenses have already exceeded approximately SEK 310,000 (about THB 1,089,000) and continue to rise every day. She is expected to remain in the ICU for at least another month.

Family Situation

Her partner has exhausted all of their savings and taken on loans in order to keep her treatment going. Pleng’s mother and stepfather immediately traveled from Sweden to China and have already spent approximately SEK 100,000 on emergency flights, travel expenses, accommodation, and urgent hospital-related costs.

How the Donations Will Be Used

All donations will go directly toward Pleng’s emergency medical expenses, including ICU care, medical examinations, medications, and ongoing treatment. These funds will help ensure that she receives the lifesaving care she needs and give her the best possible chance of recovering and returning to her children.
