Help to the unfortunate children in North Thailand

10 times now we have been up in Mae U in Tak province north Thailand. 2018 at fathers day 5/12 we delivered a well needed lorry full of clothing to extremely poor people. I would like to thank everybody who help us with this year drive for items.

We have talked to a number of charities around the Thai Burmese border and things are not getting better fighting is still going on. More and more people are crossing the border leaving their Children on the Thai side and return into Burma. Some of them never return been killed on the other side of the river leaving the children to fend for themselves.

Water needed

This School we visited are in desperate need of a Water Tower with a filter to store water in the dry season at the moment their water is totally finished. The river nearby is polluted and you can not drink the water. Water towers and filters with cost around 50 000 THB equivalent to 1600 USD. There are many villages around this area that need clean water and water towers and proper toilets.

Food and Rice

Children are starving even on the Thai side of the river and the situation is worse in Karen State Burma. The Karen can not work on the Thai side border and are left to hand outs. They are confined within checkpoints a very small area to live your entire life. Many children lives in appalling conditions without their families.

What can you do?

We are asking for either donations for buy food and rice on location or rice and dry food donations to our drop of locations in Pattaya. The situation is desperate and we want to go back within a month. We have a plan to bring 6 trucks this time and we have the team already in place in TAK to disturb the items.

Any items can be dropped off at Pattaya Animal Clinic in the middle of Pattaya; a clinic with the heart in the right place. Open from 08.00 - 20.00 every day.
