The Story

Hi. My name is Saki. I'm living one of a small village in Satun province.

I have one daughter her name is Haru. I found that she has a muscle disease called muscular dystrophy 3 years ago. Doctor told me that there is no cure and I searched on websites. It made me sad and cried a lot. She attend a hospital for rehabilitation but not so often. Because it's far from my village. The hospital is also small and don't have good facilities and equipment. But I don't want to accept her fate. So I search what I can do for her and decided on horse therapy. My husband decided to buy a horse and teach himself how to treat and help our daughter. And fortunately a lot of my friends helped him to go to learn about taking care of horse and horse therapy at one of my friend's farm in Japan.

Now we are suppose to make a ground for it. We have a land but it's a rice field where is full of water. We have to do landfill work first in a section of that. But it costs a lot.

If there is the ground, we can provide the horse therapy for not only our daughter but also any people with disability around here!
