Hi everyone,

I am a high school student currently living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I am starting this fundraiser to help my father receive urgent cataract surgery in his eye.

My father is nearly 60 years old, and his vision has been significantly affected. Doctors have recommended that he undergo surgery as soon as possible to prevent further deterioration. Without it, his eyesight may continue to worsen to the point where he could lose his ability to work.

Unfortunately, my family is not in a financial position to cover the full cost of the procedure. My father is currently the main income provider for our family, and his impaired vision has already made it increasingly difficult for him to work. While my mother and I also contribute financially, it is still not enough to manage the medical expenses.

Because of this situation, our family is facing serious financial pressure, including concerns about our ability to afford my university tuition next year.

We are hoping to raise enough funds so my father can receive surgery as soon as possible and recover safely. Any support—whether through a donation or by sharing this page—would mean a great deal to our family.
