The Story

In cooperation with Supatra Sonsong, we are helping out first with 15 Elephants living in the worst hit location in Thailand, in Surin, in a village that supported the Elephants for hundreds of years. The income they got from their Elephants in Tourism places like Phuket, Samui and Chiang Mai is gone due to COVID-19. The owners of these animals cannot manage the high fees of daily food: One elephant eats 200 kg of food a day and this accounts to 500 USD per month for one animal.

We would like to support their taking care of the Elephants by feeding them with a good diet every day. We support at the moment 12 adult elephants and 3 babies not older than one year, in a successful campaign case we will add more elephants to the cause as more than 300 are in very bad shape about their future the coming months.

So what is the money for: The current donations will be divided by 15 Elephants to feed them and a special Doctor Funds for the sick elephants which they can use to get medical treatment if needed.
