Hi friends! I’m trying to raise funds for Baan Dada’s children home in Kanchanaburi, Thailand. This foundation is especially close to my heart due to Dada Ricardo, the founder of this establishment. I first got into contact with this Baan Dada in 2019 as my school service provider (SJI-International) Dada’s passion and commitment for this foundation amazed me, I was astounded that this little foundation has been able to successfully build 3 school, teachers dormitory, a clinic (one more ongoing), eye care programme, vaccination for children under 5 and many other programmes. I was planning to visit them this December, only to find out that they were not going to get their presents this year due to the lack of funds. For this festive season, I’d love to surprise these kids with gifts for Christmas ???? Your generous donation would not only help to get these children their gifts, but also fund their on going programmes (vaccination for children under 5) Thank you for your time and a Merry Christmas to you! ???? <> Baan Dada is a safe home for disadvantaged children situated on the border of Thailand and Myanmar where they are brought up as a family under the guidance of the Neo-Humanist foundation which aims to contribute to sustainable development of the individual, the community and the environment initiating local projects, such as building hospitals, schools, providing medical/eye care in remote villages and giving donations such as food, clothes, and school supplies. The home teaches the children life skills including cooking, technical skills, gardening, weaving, foreign languages, music, yoga, environmental awareness, meditation, and vegetarianism under the philosophy of love for all living beings to provide opportunities for a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
