Hi, my name is Kelly (Puangpaka) . Maybe you’re reading this and like me you have a tremendous love for animals. I’m fueled by the idea that every animal deserves compassion and a safe, loving home. Pictured above is Buddy the Kitten, a three-month-old bundle of affection that recently suffered a terrible accident. The result: A crippled left leg and a brain injury that will leave him with lifelong neurological problems. I’m raising 6000THB to get Buddy the acupuncture treatment he needs to give him some relief and a better life. Your help will provide so much support for this beautiful kitten.

My boyfriend and I have been taking in stray animals for years. At the time of finding Buddy, we already had and still have several four-legged friends under our care. We considered not taking in anymore because the costs of caring for all of them was becoming more than we could bear. Then…we found Buddy.

While out driving I saw a little kitten clinging to a moving truck. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Suddenly, Buddy fell. Hitting his head on ground he went into shock and sprinted through some bushes and got caught in a swamp. I stopped the car immediately. I rushed to the swamp and retrieved Buddy, badly injured and alone. Buddy was taken to the vet where he received treatment for his brain injury, crippled leg and damage done to his right forelimb.

Buddy is with us now. He is warm and safe but still struggling to fully recover. The vet has prescribed an effective form of acupuncture treatment that can restore mobility, reduce pain, and help Buddy take one step closer to living a normal life. But we can’t give him this care without YOUR support. Every contribution given will go towards Buddy’s treatment and any additional funds will be used to care for our other animals.
