People in Gaza are suffering from the escalated conflict between Israel and Palestine since 2014. Being discriminated in decades, bestead by the prolonged blockade, 80% of Palestinians live relying on humanity support. Food insecurity is undeniable, impacting Gaza and West Bank affected by limited economic access and food security. Numbers of family in Gaza are unable to cater their food needs due to the high amount of poverty and unemployment align with the increasing of food price.

Our Muslim brothers and sisters have been struggling for decades to defending their motherland from the Israeli Zionist. Parents, children, women, and men all contribute to fighting against the Zionist who has been attacking and robing. Almost 1.4 million people live in refugee camps and 1.7 million experience a food crisis.

Understanding the alarming humanitarian crisis, ACT strives to provide the best care and assistance for Palestine. ACT initiated the Indonesian Humanitarian Center or commonly known as the IHC to provide long-term assistance. The Indonesian Humanitarian Center is an emergency assistance service center for 7,000 families in Palestine, Insha Allah will continue to mobilize regular assistance in distributing food aid.

A short story from Noura, a mother of two children. On the second week of April, Palestine was at the end of winter, there was nothing to cook for her family at the end of winter. She is grateful for Food aids from Indonesia. “Thank you, ACT and Indonesia. I am grateful for the aids that help us in the winter,” said Noura.

Food-supplying for the underprivileged in Gaza were uncertain. They didn’t even know what to eat on the next day when they opened their eyes. But they believe that Allah SWT. will always help them. It helps them to be sincere to live their lives. For the homeless, the food supplying means hope.
