Hello, my name is Joseph McCutchen. I started this campaign to raise money for the medical treatment of my father-in-law, Carlos Martos Sr., and my mother-in-law, Susan Martos. Carlos has been suffering from gout and Type 2 diabetes for many years, while Susan has had high blood pressure for many years, and just last week suffered a heart attack. She has since been discharged from the hospital, but the medical care on their tiny island of Romblon, Romblon, near central Philippines, isn't the greatest, hence the need for better care.

There is a place in the northern part of the main island of the Philippines where they can receive much better treatment, and be able to recover. I am raising money for them to be able to travel to the mainland to receive this treatment, and will be so grateful for any amount given.
