Hi guys, how are you ? Im Paulo, i've been living in Thailando for a couple of years, and a while ago i had a herat attack , and i need to get a surgery done, but as you guys know medical care here in Thailand is so expansive, so i would much appreciate if i can count on you to help me go through this phase of my life...
