Hi, for those that do not know me , my name is Steve, I live here in Pattaya as an 'expat'. My, and your, good friend Jim (Jimbo) has recently suffered a life threatening heart attack. Due to the swift and speedy help given to him by the medical professionals here in Thailand, his life was saved, through an emergency operation and the insertion of 'two' stents, however, there is a requirement for further surgery and the insertion of two (2) additional stents. The cost of the orignal surgery and subsequent hospital treatment (care) has meant that his savings have been exhausted, and he requires financial assistance in obtaining the necessary treatment (additional stents) required. Jim has been a huge part of the expat community here in Thailand, previously Phuket and for many years, Pattaya, and during this time he has made many friends from all over the world, who I am sure would happily support this cause to ensure that he (Jim) recovers fully from this significant event in his life, and look forward to seeing him back on his feet and in the community.
