Cambodia is still one of the least developed countries in South East Asia. My name is Raya and for my 15th birthday this month I am asking for friends and family to help me raise 115,000 baht. The funds will go to building a playground at Damnak Thmey Primary School in Cambodia for underprivileged children through Child's Dream Organization. The community is very remote and difficult to get to but we hope to make a lot of kids very happy.

Why are playgrounds important for children's development?

Children gain physical, social, emotional and imaginative skills necessary to gain self-confidence, improve coordination, and advance critical thinking capabilities.
