These hidden treasures, once passed down through generations, are now at risk of being forgotten. Economic pressures, urbanization, and the dominance of mainstream cuisine have marginalized these culinary traditions, endangering the unique flavors that define local areas in Thailand.

Youth Disengagement: Younger generations are often disengaged from their culinary heritage, preferring fast food over traditional dishes. Lost Wisdom: Elders, the primary bearers of these recipes, are passing away without passing down their wisdom.

My name is Nick, and I lead a passionate team dedicated to rescuing Thailand's rare and exquisite dishes from the abyss of forgetfulness. This is not just a culinary adventure; it's a race against time, a battle against modernization, and a plea to preserve the essence of an entire nation's heritage.

Mission:

We aim to promote and preserve rare Thai culinary traditions across 3 diverse areas of Thailand by creating engaging video content, all narrated in English (voice-over). In this project, we aim to create a series of 3 high-quality, visually stunning videos that showcase the rare flavors, unique techniques, stories behind lesser-known Thai dishes, emotional stories about the wisdom of the elders and so on. The videos will be published and promoted on Youtube. Our mission is a desperate plea for support.

By doing so, we not only celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Thailand but also make these culinary treasures accessible to food enthusiasts and cultural explorers worldwide.
