Charity for Khudi Khao's Children developement center

The project aims to create a fundraiser, done by university students for a nursery day care in one of Bangkok's least developed communities "Kudhi Khao Child Development Center." . According to the current principal and operator of the school, it is solely funded by the residents and occasional donations from the royal department. Which causes the school to not be able to provide sufficient resources in three focus areas. Including the school’s food supply, the infrastructure of basic uses (sinks, toilets, air conditioners, etc.), as well as educational resources. which is where our fundraiser and development team come in. All the activities that will be listed in this rubric as well as donations will be funded by the fundraiser through an online donation platform, in which there are no budgets (50,000 as of the site's specification), only the limitation of a time frame before the actual operation (18th of Febuary). which the activities listed will be done or excluded according to the contributed funds before the due date. Our focus is to provide as much support as we can and to provide the team members with a case to manage goals for each of their chosen tasks they want to implement at the school (Rameth, 2024).

here are some of the listed activities that will be conducted on the action day by the students in the development team.

First operation team grouping 1 (Mild, Rani, Maysa)

1. Find restaurants that voluntarily prepare meals to donate to children.2. Open Donations for snack to children during the day.3. Open Donations for first aid kits.4. Publicize people in the area to find teaching and entertainment volunteers.5. Open Donations for learning materials and school supplies such as notebooks, drawing books, coloring books, pencils, colored pencils, or crayons pencils etc.6. Open Donations to support finding technicians to repair or clean within the foundation such as air-conditioners etc.

Tirachai (Benjamin)’s list of contributions

1. To help the children in the community gain more knowledge by providing them with activities and learning materials such as books, white board, utensils, and cutlery.2. Providing new air conditioners as well as fans for the community. The reason is because, as a team we went to explore the community and found out that the condition in the community needs more air flow as the place is lacking for an air purifier.3. Improving the toilet seats, tap, and sink due to the dirtiness of the place, we found out that it could be extremely dangerous for their health, so we came out with an idea to help them renew their toilet seats, tap, and sink to have a cleaner environment for the community.4. Providing health and accident insurance for the children, as the environment they are living in might be dangerous for their health. We decided to provide them with health and accident insurance just in case something happens to them.

Natthanicha (Fome)’s list of contributions

1. Partner with nearby grocery stores or farms to support a nutrition program. Accept donations for fresh fruits, snacks, and other healthy food options for the children.2. Create posters and brochures to recruit individuals interested in instructing children, offering free accommodation as an incentive.3. Establish donation bins at local businesses, libraries, and community centers to collect a diverse selection of books for the nursery school.4. Open donations for toys.
