How we protect the Weeboon community

Protecting the donors

- Our different payment gateway uses high-encryption technology and keeps your online transactions heavily guarded from start to finish.

- We recommend you to only donate to people and campaigns you trust and personally know.

- If you want to know more about a specific campaign, you can always contact the campaign author directly by clicking on their name on the campaign page.

- If you have concerns that a campaign is misleading or fraudulent, let our team know by using the report button located at the bottom of each campaign page.

- As every donation is final and cannot be refunded, we advise you to always donate using caution and good judgement.

- We cooperates with law enforcement and will personally report any campaign author that will lie about their identity and statements or intentionally deceive contributors to a Weeboon campaign for financial or personal gain.

Protecting the campaign authors

- We work closely with our different payment gateway to be sure your funds are safe until you receive them

- If someone is raising money on your behalf, we personally will make sure that you will receive the funds raised for you.

-Those that do not want a campaign set up on their behalf can contact Weeboon directly and have the campaign closed.

- Weeboon will never contact his customers through the campaign contact form to request contact, identification, or other personal information. If someone impersonating Weeboon or harass you, please report it immediately here.

- Campaign authors are protected with an anti-harassment system that refrain people to send numerous messages to a campaign author in a short lap of time
