Alliance Anti Trafic (AAT) located in Bangkok working to protect women and children from sexual exploitation and sex trafficking for more than 15 years. Our work has covered all processes with a focus on professional principles, starting with prevention, the protection, developing the capacity of the victim to be strong and able to help others.
When she was 12 years old, she was trafficked for domestic work. She was kept as a slave and forced to work in the house of the owner for almost 10 years. For 2 years she was kept in chains as she tried to escape. She was regularly beaten and had almost nothing to eat. She of course never received any wage. She is now 22. AAT is trying to raise the money to legally support the victim in order to prosecute the offender and to get compensation for her. The €4,000 fundraising is to only cover the cost of legal assistance and to prepare the victim for the extremely emotional and mental trauma the proceedings will inevitably cause.
