Kheymer 50 yo has been in Thailand for 8 years. She arrived in 2013. She had to flee Russia due to accusations of her non-traditional sexual orientation. They tried to destroy her as a political and public figure. The authorities officially and publicly announced that she was gay and an oppositionist, after which she could not find a job. And all employers were forbidden to take her to work. Finding no way out, Kheymer had to flee to Thailand. Here she accepted herself as a transgender woman. Despite the fact that she has been granted refugee status since 2016, she has no opportunity to leave Thailand. Without gender reassignment, she will be subject to discrimination and humiliation. I want to help her undergo sex reassignment surgery, change the gender in her passport at the Russian Embassy in Bangkok and help to leave Thailand to safety country or return to Russia. Currently she lives alone. In 2014, I saved her from suicide, and now I want to help her find herself. Please help me collect the required amount. She still needs to get permission for the operation. I know her as a good and educated person. She can't find a way to survive. This is the last chance for her. If she is free, she will help other people, adopt children. It will be a pity if we lose her.
