Final update: Poor Cheetah couldnt make it. RIP.
Cheetah is a very lively 3 months old kitten. She loved to play around home and tiny garden. Among all of her friends she is a bit naughtier and enthusiastic. Dodging everyone’s’ eyes she often went to the road. On 21st July 2020 when her mom Ms. Paeng wasn’t around – Cheetah managed to go out to the road in front of her home. Unfortunately, a motorbike hit her. She was rescued and taken to the nearby VET hospital. Luckily little Cheetah survived but diagnosed with a ruptured urinary bladder from the impact. Initial treatment was given but her owner was unable to go with the immediate surgery needed due to COVID 19 stricken economic condition but still continued conservative treatment suggested by the VET. Cheetah was doing alright but in a week she developed necrosis around the wound area due to her poor immunity as a kitten.
Now she is undergoing a comprehensive treatment and needs a total 30 days admission in the hospital for wound healing what at least can save her life. Total medical bill is estimated only during this period is over 750 USD and she also needs some ongoing treatment until she is grown up a little more. The present hospital agreed to take payment of Cheetah in few installments during her admission.
We all are trying to save Cheetah – hoping she won’t have to cry in pain anymore. A little love of you could make it possible.
We will keep on updating on her health condition.
