Please help. Flood every year when it rains. Because the house is located on land below the road.The related organizations couldn't help it as the surrounding houses were all built higher up causing the place to become a reservoir every time it rains, it always floods like this.want money to find a new place to live Just monthly income is not enough. to pay before moving in.
