The Story

40 months ago

We had been planning to create franchise or delivery outlets for our restaurant, known for its authentic Singapore dishes. The unfortunate Covid19 situation delayed our plan. During this period, we saw many around us who had lost their earnings one way or another. We had many who came to apply for jobs but unfortuntely we could not accomodate all.

We thought maybe if we could turn our plan around and change it to a owner-operator collaboration mode of franchising, we could come together to overcome the situation. We want to pull together like-minded persons who want to start a career in the food business. Donations will be taken as a form of joint investment for new delivery outlet. For donors totally a million will become shareholders of an outlet that will be located in strategic area and become a franchise outlet catering to some dine-in but mainly take-away and collection point for delivery apps. The outlet will receive our support in term of food preparation, donors can be a shareholder or/and employee of the outlet yourself. A good example would be that of a pizza delivery outlet that cater mainly to take-away and delivery.

We hope in this way, we can help like-minded persons to start a career or investment in the food business. This is our first attempt to introduce franchise through a crowd funding platform and we woud want to see if this can be successful.
