I'm starting this fundraiser for my wife and son (Theodoris Bruce Lee Nelson)in order to help off set the costs our family has. Mainly for essential luxuries. I'm wanting to buy Bee a nice comfortable recliner for feeding and rocking. The one I want is a Lazy Boy and is an expensive import. A lot of the recliners I've found just don't compare to these. As well as the items her family is putting up expenses for like new Air Conditioner and a new bed, along with all the baby items they have already bought; I would like to set this fundraiser up to help get through the six months she will be off work. We are very fortunate to have her family here in Thailand but they have taken on a lot of expenses since we've come home and I would like to have this "Baby Shower" to help with other things we need and or unexpected expenses. In America a baby shower is where friends and family of the expecting mother get together to have fun and give presents or just have a party to celebrate. It's typically reserved for women only. Lol. I have a big family in America and there has been at least thirty baby showers over the years probably more than that. So for my wife and first child I am organizing this as a baby shower, because we don't do this in Thailand really. There is no Target, Amazon, or Walmart, but there are similar things, I just don't think there is a registered way of buying presents online. During this fundraiser I will try to entertain everyone with pictures or funny things and uncomfortable feelings of anxiety before having a baby. She is 38 and I am 40, I'm very happy to be having a child with Bee, she is an amazing woman who teaches nursing for new born icu babies.
