The Story

Dear all,

I'm a Norwegian national, living and working in Thailand the last 17 years. Serious healt issues the last 7-8 years have drained me of all my savings. I even had to sell my car to finance spinal surgery.

Now I have lost my job and the family has no income, with nowhere to go. We had to move out of the house we'd been renting for the last 6-7 years. Our 9 yr old daughter currently has a one year scholarship at an International school. She's bright and doing well in school, but the sad truth is that we had to take her out of school!

We are unable to move to Norway, as I no longer have any social security rights there, no job and no place to live.

My hope now is that I will be able to raise enough money to secure a visa as a digital nomad, continue to live and work here, and support an orphanage in a nearby mountain village.

I would be eternally greatefull if any goodhearted person or persons out there would help us with a donation!

Now we have no choice but to sell some of our personal belongings and move out from this rented house at the end of the month. We're currently packing our personal stuff and bringing it to another location.
