The Fight After The Fight
"I’ve spent the last few months in a ring I didn't choose."
Most of you know that recently, I’ve been facing my own battle with cancer. It’s a fight that takes everything from you—your strength, your routine, and often, your perspective. But after the surgery and the long road of recovery and surveillance, I realized that being a "survivor" wasn't enough for me. I needed to prove I was back.
Last week, Sandy and I officially started training for Phuket White Collar Boxing.
Going from a hospital bed to a boxing gym is a humbling, brutal wake-up call. Every mile on the road and every round on the pads is a reminder of how far I’ve come. But this time, the sweat isn't just for my own recovery. I’m stepping into the ring on May 9th to fight for the Children’s First Fund (CFF).
These kids are facing their own battles every day across seven local orphanages here in Phuket. They don’t get to choose their "opponents" either. By donating to my page, you’re helping us provide them with the nutrition and support they need to keep swinging.
I’ve had my battle. Now, I’m using my recovery to fight for theirs.
Join me. Let’s make every punch count.
