On September 3rd, [the cat] started showing symptoms of lethargy, decreased appetite, vomiting, weak legs, and high fever. We took her to Meesuk Animal Hospital for a thorough check-up and blood tests.
The veterinarian diagnosed her with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), a serious and life-threatening disease if not treated promptly.
[The cat] needs to receive [specify medication, e.g., antiviral drugs GS-441524 / Molnupiravir] continuously for at least 84 days, along with regular blood tests to monitor liver and kidney function and complete blood count as instructed by the veterinarian.
The cost of this specialized treatment is very high, approximately [e.g., 30,000] baht, which is beyond our current means. However, we don't want to give up and want [the cat] to have a chance to regain her health and be able to play again.
Every donation you make is very meaningful to [the cat]'s life. We will continuously update you with medical documents, treatment receipts, blood test results, and videos of [the cat's] condition. Everyone has been kept informed of the progress in the most transparent way possible.
Thank you all so much for your kindness and for helping to give [the cat] a chance to live.
