The Doctor Suwat Specialized Clinic for Bone and Joint Diseases is located at 109 Moo 12, Chaisanit Road, Kheung Kham Subdistrict, Mueang District, Yasothon Province. It is authorized to operate a medical facility under license number 351 020 00560, classified as a non-inpatient facility. The clinic specializes in orthopedic medicine and has been in operation since 2007, serving patients from Yasothon Province and nearby areas. The clinic is currently managed by Dr. Suwat Rosjan, a specialist in orthopedic surgery, holding license number 23603.

The clinic is open from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Patients visiting the clinic typically experience conditions related to bones and joints, such as spinal stenosis, herniated discs, and osteoarthritis. Approximately 60% of patients improve without surgery, while around 20% require surgical intervention, and another 20% need physical therapy and ongoing care. About 80% of the patients are elderly.

The average cost per patient, including medication, injections, X-rays, and consultations, is approximately 600 baht. Due to difficulties in traveling to hospitals, elderly patients often prefer to come to the clinic instead of waiting at hospitals all day. Some elderly patients have no relatives to assist them and need to hire transportation to the clinic. Many elderly individuals face financial challenges as they typically do not have a salary, relying only on their pension and money from children or relatives.

For these reasons, the Doctor Suwat Specialized Clinic for Bone and Joint Diseases has initiated a program to provide free treatment to elderly patients aged 60 and above who visit the clinic.

Currently, the clinic has also started offering free medical services to monks, novices, and nuns since 2021. The plan for providing free services to elderly patients is set to begin in May 2025.

ทราบจากคนข้างบ้านว่าที่คลินิกจะเริ่มรักษาฟรีแก่ผู้สูงอายุ เดินทางมาจากอำเภออาจสามารถ จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด แม้จะยังไม่เริ่มโครงการ ทางคลินิกจึงลดค่าบริการให้ โดยคิดแค่ค่ายารักษาเท่านั้น ( ไม่ค่าค่าตรวจ ค่าเอ็กซ์เรย์ และแถมไม้ค้ำเดิน แบบ walker ให้คุณตาไปใช้เลยนะครับ )
