Francoise De Jaegher the founder of Happy Tails Sanctuary has had a serious car accident this evening. The shelter's only car has been destroyed and one of her dogs has passed away in the accident. Francoise has selflessly helped many desperate cats and dogs in Thailand, for years, and she needs the help of the global animal rescue community now.
