Founded in 2015, Help Thai is an NGO started by Daranee Prompun Cobham and her son, Timothy Henderson. Wanting to continue in the efforts and wishes of Daranee's father and Tim's grandather, we started this charity to help children from the poorest parts of Thailand. Our aim is to provide these kids with the opportunity to study and create a better future for themselves and their family.

The Story

Help Thai is a grassroots, family-run organisation that has been supporting vulnerable communities across Thailand for almost 10 years. Today, we are calling for urgent support for families affected by the devastating floods in Trang, Satun and Hat Yai.

Our partners at YEC Trang (Young Entrepreneur Chamber of Commerce) are already on the ground, delivering food packs, clean water, medicine and essential supplies to communities whose homes and livelihoods have been damaged. Many families have lost everything and they urgently need help.

All monetary donations will go directly toward purchasing:

• Food packs and drinking water

• Hygiene kits, diapers and sanitary products

• Blankets, clothing and emergency supplies

• Medicine and first-aid necessities

• Transportation and logistics to reach affected villages
