The Story

On June 8, 2006 evening, I was brutally assaulted by a Quebec City Policeman who jumped on my back and pressed my chest to the floor of the St. Francois D'Assissi hospital Emergency reception room. I almost suffocated to death. I cried out for help "Help me I can't breathe" to the crowded waiting room. The policeman did not let me breathe until 40 seconds later. I got up and started walking and then I next recall that I was lying on a bed and about 8 people were around me. I believe I was drugged.

I woke up about 12 hours later. No one explained why I was illegally detained. (I only received a French language report from the hospital this year, about what they say happened 18 years ago. I can't read French very well. They never apologized). I was never arrested and I was never charged with a criminal act.

I left the hospital at about 8:30 a.m June 9th, 2006 after talking to a doctor.The doctor also never explained why I was in the hospital for about 12 hours. I wrote a police complaint to Deontologie Policiere du Quebec the police complaints agency on June 9th, 2006--it was never answered.

Before I was assaulted, a policewoman asked for my ID (I was walking to leave the hospital at that time, because 8 different hospital staff refused to give me any answer when I asked them when the doctor would explain t

mycardiogram results to me)..

I refused the Quebec City policewoman because I knew that under Canadian Human Rights Commission law, no resident of Canada has to give their ID to police.

I started walking calmly to leave the hospital when the policeman assaulted me without giving me any warning.

I want to file a lawsuit against the Quebec City Police for attempted suffocation.

I want to file a lawsuit against the St. Francois D'Assissi hospital for illegal drugging, illegal violation of my rights to freedom of movement , and illegal medical procedures on my body.

believe tgst a lot if the pain I am having in my body is due to illegal medical procedures done at that hospital.

At various residences I. Thailand (since July 20, 2022) I have had a lot of unexplained pain in my body organs since about July , including unexplained burning skin pain on my lower legs and arms, and severe bone pain in my wrists,including pain in my other body areas,upper right chest (it felt like a knife going when a few times when I lived in Pattaya 1 month ago).several times. Usually I have no such pain away from my residences

I have always exercised regularly since high school , never did drugs and rarely drink.

I have been a teacher in Thailand for about 7 years. I have a 5-year Thai Teaching License.
