I hope everyone are doing well. I am writing this letter with much hope that you might be able to extend help. My aunt has fallen very sick recently and she has been admitted to the hospital. The doctors have diagnosed that her kidneys are failing..they will have to keep her at the hospital under observation . She's fighting for her life and I hope someone out there help her to fight harder... we are humbly knocking in your hearts .
