Ongoing cancer treatment

1405

The Story

As of September 2020 my partner was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Operation was needed. Already out of pocket to the tune of nearly 200 k for scrapes, the hospital finally decided to do a hysterectomy. So I thought! 2 weeks later, more bleeding. We were informed that the other ovary need to be taken out. This happened 2 more times as they didn't do the proper job in the 1st place.

Then the cancer spread to her bowels & colon. Then the saga really took off. Every week she was admitted as she was bleeding on a regular basis. (Cancer hospital & blood has to be paid for up front) Operation after operation for over 2 years and in hospital more than home. Recently she needed a kidney transplant, which has a left a debt to the hospital to be paid off. Although covered by social security, they took 13 months to start refunds at 70%. As she was being admitted on a weekly basis, this didn't even cover the outgoings that was required weekly.

The poor farming family has hocked everything they can and my pockets are empty. I am looking at closing my business, as I cannot sustain the ongoings and having to go back to my home country and rely on Gov handouts. Down over well 2 + million baht so far. Any help much appreciated!
