I am humbly reaching out to ask for support for victims of the recent bombings in the Than Twe Region of Myanmar.
Two separate bombings took place on July 24 and July 31, devastating local communities and taking both lives and homes. Among those who lost their lives were 2 children and 5 adults, while more than 30 people were injured. Many families have also been left without homes and in urgent need of assistance. I have intentionally chosen not to share more graphic images out of respect for the victims and their families. I also want to protect the identities and dignity of those affected, particularly those who have lost their lives.
I am raising funds to provide support to those affected. The donations will be delivered through a trusted charity source. However, for the safety and protection of those involved, the identity of the charity has to remain confidential. I sincerely hope you can understand this necessary precaution.
Sadly, incidents like these continue to occur regularly, leaving countless people vulnerable and in need of help. I may not be able to change what is happening, but I believe we can still make a difference by coming together to support those who are suffering and help them through these difficult times.
Donations will be prioritized toward medical care for those injured, followed by food, water, shelter, and other basic necessities for affected families. Any remaining funds will be directed toward longer-term recovery and support.
Any contribution, no matter how small, can make a meaningful difference to a family in need. Thank you for your kindness, support, and generosity!
