The Story

Hello respected contributor,

I’m Thar, the founder of an online education center that helps students complete their high school education through the GED, a globally recognized high school equivalency exam (originally from the USA). This year, we’re offering scholarships to underprivileged students from Myanmar due to economic and political instability. This is our third academic year.

Our online classes are run by 6 staff members and support 20 students. Despite our efforts to secure funding through various proposals and grants, we haven’t succeeded. We’re now seeking support from individuals or groups dedicated to education.

To fund our program for the next 12 months, we need 221,000 Baht.

Here’s the breakdown:

Teaching Staff Stipend: 144,000 THB (4 staff x 3,000 THB x 12 months)

Coordinator Stipend: 36,000 THB (3,000 THB x 12 months)

Office Staff Stipend: 36,000 THB (3,000 THB x 12 months)

Online Tools and Platform (Zoom): 5,000 THB (12 months)
