The Story

I am Bernd Keilmann, I have a disease: cardiomyopathy. I am very painful. Cardiomyopathy is a group of heterogeneous cardiomyopathy, caused by abnormalities in mechanical and electrical activity of the heart caused by different causes, manifested as inappropriate hypertrophy or dilatation of the ventricle. Severe cardiomyopathy can cause cardiovascular death or progressive heart failure. Cardiomyopathy is usually divided into primary cardiomyopathy and secondary cardiomyopathy. Primary cardiomyopathy includes dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, and undetermined cardiac disease. Secondary cardiomyopathy refers to cardiomyopathy as part of a systemic disease.
Cause
The occurrence of cardiomyopathy is related to a variety of factors. The cause of primary cardiomyopathy is unknown. Secondary cardiomyopathy is mainly related to infection, metabolic diseases, endocrine diseases, ischemia, allergies and other factors.
Primary cardiomyopathy
The cause of primary cardiomyopathy is not well understood.
2. Secondary cardiomyopathy
The common causes of the disease are as follows:
(1) Infectious causes: more common in serious bacteria, viruses, rickettsia, protozoa and other infections, bacteria or viruses directly invade the myocardium, or its toxins affect the heart muscle, causing cardiomyopathy, the so-called myocarditis after cardiomyopathy.
(2) Metabolic causes: The most common is cardiomyopathy caused by diabetes. Followed by familial glycogen accumulation, beriberi heart disease, alcoholic cardiomyopathy, cardiac amyloidosis and other myocardial changes.
(3) endocrine causes: common hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, acromegaly and other causes of myocardial lesions.
(4) connective tissue diseases: more common in lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma and other causes of myocardial damage.
(5) ischemic causes: mainly refers to coronary atherosclerosis, coronary artery spasm caused by myocardial ischemic changes, leading to myocardial lesions.
(6) Allergic causes: multi-finger sulfa drugs, penicillin and other drug allergy caused by myocardial changes.
(7) Causes of toxic: bacterial toxins such as burns, diphtheria and typhoid directly damage myocardial disease caused by cardiomyopathy.
I need friends now to help me raise money to treat my illness. Thank you.
