Coordination assistance for Ukraine

Reform the UNSC, reform the Security Council. Troubleshooting the Russian-Ukrainian War
 My plan is for all countries to become members of the UNSC.  When a country is a member of the UNSC, then the country's armed forces are divided into UNSC armed forces that can protect the territory from invasion. Member countries can raise their armies to help each other in a legitimate way. UNSC does not invade any sovereign nation.
 The solution was for Russia to return territory to Ukraine and withdraw troops.  If the negotiations are unsuccessful, send the army to help Ukraine.
  If UNSC reform is successful, the world will be safe from wars of aggression in the future.  Taipe will be safe.
  Charter about Unsc/ also stipulated in laws of countries 
 1. Every country can become a UNSC member.
 2. Allegiance UNSC members pledge to respect the sovereignty of all nations similar to respect for the right to the human body and life.  and will respect each other's decisions, will not oppress each other  will not infringe on each other's rights through actions and words  and for the sake of human fraternity and the lives of people of all nations.
 3. When being a UNSC member, arrange for the division of the armed forces in the country.  A country's Unsc army commander comes by appointment by the country's leadership or by some other suitable means. 4. If any member of a country is attacked, it may be proposed to the UNSC Council for each country to send one candidate to the supreme commander.  When the names of all countries have been obtained, the Houses of Representatives of all countries shall collectively vote for the Supreme Commander to assume the duties. 5.Unsc will only have a wartime supreme commander who holds a temporary position.
 6. International Cooperation  Let countries cooperate and pass legislation to recognize human rights so that legal action can be taken against government officials who mistreat their citizens.
 7. If in any country that lacks cooperation  And is not a member of the Unsc and has killed many people.  to negotiate peace  send help  and waiting for change from within
 8. If two countries go to war  to negotiate a peaceful solution  Invite a country to become a member of UNSC as a shield against war.
 But I would like to propose to negotiate with the Russians to return the territory and withdraw the troops as well.

 หากปฏิรูป UNSC สำเร็จโลกจะปลอดภัยจากสงครามรุกรานในอนาคต ใต้หวันจะปลอดภัย
กฏบัตรเกี่ยวกับ Unsc/ บัญญัติลงในกฏหมายประเทศต่างๆด้วย 
1.ทุกประเทศสามารถเป็นสมาชิก Unsc 
2.สัตย์ปฏิญาณสมาชิก Unsc จะให้สัตย์ปฏิญาณว่าจะเคารพอธิปไตยของทุกประเทศที่คล้ายคลึงกับการเคารพสิทธิในร่างกายและชีวิตมนุษย์ และจะเคารพการตัดสินใจซึ่งกันและกันจะไม่บีบบังคับกัน จะไม่ละเมิดสิทธิกันด้วยการกระทำและวาจา และจะเห็นแก่ความเป็นภราดรภาพมนุษย์และชีวิตของประชาชนทุกชาติ
3. เมื่อเป็นสมาชิก Unsc แล้วจัดให้มีการแบ่งกำลังกองทัพในประเทศ ผู้บัญชาการกองทัพ Unsc ของประเทศมาจากการแต่งตั้งโดยผู้นำประเทศหรือวิธีอื่นที่เหมาะสม4.หากสมาชิกประเทศใดถูกโจมตีอาจเสนอต่อที่ประชุมสภา Unsc ให้แต่ละประเทศส่งแคนดิเดตผู้บัญชาการสูงสุดมา 1 คน แคนดิเดตอาจมาจากการแต่งตั้งโดยผู้นำประเทศหรือวิธีอื่นที่เหมาะสม เมื่อได้รายชื่อครบทุกประเทศแล้วให้สภาผู้แทนราษฎรของทุกประเทศรวมกันลงคะแนนเลือกผู้บัญชาการสูงสุดเพื่อรับหน้าที่ 5.Unsc จะมีผู้บัญชาการสูงสุดในยามสงครามเท่านั้นซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งชั่วคราว
6.ความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ ให้ประเทศต่างๆให้ความร่วมมือและผ่านกฏหมายให้ทนาบสิทธิมนุษย์ชนสามารถดำเนินการทางกฏหมายเพื่อเอาผิดเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐที่ทารุณประชาชนได้
7.หากในประเทศใดที่ขาดความร่วมมือ และไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิก Unsc และมีการเฆ่นฆ่าคนมากมาย ให้เจรจาสันติภาพ ส่งความช่วยเหลือ และรอการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากภายใน
8.หากคู่ประเทศทำสงครามกัน ให้เจรจาหาทางออกอย่างสันติ เชิญชวนประเทศใดประเทศหนึ่งเป็นสมาชิก Unsc เพิ่อเป็นโล่ป้องกันสงคราม
