On May 17th, a terrible act of arson was committed at Giant Guesthouse, a cherished part of the Pai community and a home away from home for many travelers. Someone intentionally set fire to a bungalow, and the flames spread to the community kitchen, causing around 100,000 baht in damages. This act has hurt not only the buildings but also the heart of a place that has welcomed so many with open arms.

Now is the time for us to come together and support the local Thai community and Mama, the long-time owner and caretaker of Giant.
